The Blue Shield is composed of a number of national committees, coordinated by an international board.
Blue Shield Austria is composed of a Board of six members including the President, the Vice-President, the Executive Vice-President, the Secretary-General, the Deputy Security-General and the Treasurer elected by the Members of Blue Shield Austria:
